Since 2002, the Syracuse-Wawasee Trail Committee has worked to develop and build a recreational trail system worthy of Indiana's premier resort area. As a result of generous support from individuals, businesses, foundations and grants, over $600,000 has been raised, resulting in the construction of over 2 1/2 miles of trails.
