Welcome to "Neighbors", the Wawasee Property Owners Association online directory. "Neighbors" is more than a directory to where we live. It’s a reminder of who we are!

We are all neighbors! Some of us live in adjacent homes. Some of us wave as we pass on the lake. Some of us go back years if not generations. Some of us get together regularly and some of us don’t know the person in the 3rd house down the beach.

The point is that “neighbor” is less a location than an attitude. We’re neighbors because we share the common bond of Lake Wawasee and the common concern that each of us treat the lake with the same respect we wish for ourselves. We gain respect as we give respect. And each of our lives is rewarded for that decision.
